She really cared I felt that. Dr [ ] also gave his time a true care to me. I’m a cardiac arrest survivor. My team is #1 to me.

Everything about my visit was outstanding
I felt like when I was in the exam room both ladies that saw me gave me their undivided attention, and made me feel very comfortable about being in the office. Sometimes when you go places you can tell that the person helping you is trying to get you in and out but I have never felt that way in the couple times I’ve been here over the last few months. I know there is someone waiting to be seen next but that has never affected the care you all have provided. I want to make this office my primary care based on the interactions that I have had.

Completely excellent experience from check-in to check out. Jen is an excellent provider, professional and compassionate. I enjoyed being treated by her. I recommend that she start all interactions by static her name and role. While she was lovely, she did not introduce herself.

I came as a walk-in for something not concerning what I didn’t come in for. My bp was sky high. I left she called me to come back. She talked me into starting my meds again. She said just give us a chance to make it right.
There was very little wait time since I had made an appointment online.
Great overall visit
I usually don’t fill out surveys because I feel like the que the response they want from the individual taking the survey. But this facility is truly one of a kind! Scheduling online for an urgent care visit was easy, staff from the beginning to the end were so nice. As I was walking out I think I heard everyone say “feel better”. I won’t go anywhere else and I’ve recommended this location several times already. Thank you for your kind professionalism!

Garret and Dr. Patrone were incredible to Robert during our visit. They were patient and took their time with him. They prescribed his treatment and he was feeling so much better within 24 hours.

The wait was very short and I was in and out very quickly.
The entire staff were friendly and polite. The scheduling was easy, walked in 15 minutes early for my appointment and was seen early. Listened to my needs and concerns and appropriately assessed me after I had gone to a different urgent care two days prior and had gotten worse. Highly recommend this location. Very clean.

Jennifer was very kind and understanding, and made me feel very comfortable. Part of my visit was to establish a primary doc. I was disappointed she was filling in and is normally at a different location, but she assured me I’d be I good hands when I return.
Ms. Petrone was attentive and seemed unhurried during my visit while keeping to the scheduled time allotted. She took the time to answer my questions with care and regard for my medical issues.

Dr. Petrone was awesome, she took the time to explain everything regarding my care, upcoming test results and my CAT scan results from my visit to the ED. I will schedule all my appointments with Dr. petrone and keep her as my primary doctor. All the staff is friendly when I goto the office.

Jennifer did a great job of taking over my care, answering questions, resolving any issues, as well as looking forward to address health concerns and wellness to minimize appointments needed. It was very refreshing to work with Jennifer as she had great bedside manner, showed compassion, and really changed my impression of the facility by asking needed questions and ensuring I was taking care of, as well as, showing she cared about my health. Jennifer greatly impacted my opinion as I was honestly looking to change pcp locations due to recent visits and mishaps that did not seem to hold patients needs as a priority and really maybe should have been a QOC case. What a contrast difference in service. Thanks Jennifer for your compassion.
