The staff was courteous and professional. The attention they gave to my son exceeded my expectations. Ms. Jenny seems to understand the psychology of children so well that she was able to get my son to open up and interact well in spite of the pain he was going through. The prescribed medication was appropriate. As a result, my son started recovering well after a day of treatment. I am very thankful for the outstanding professionalism of Ms. Jenny and the WakeMed team.
