I had some personal questions and they were answered by Dr. Tanner satisfactorily. The male nurse was so friendly.
The entire experience was excellant.

Staff were a pleasure throughout the whole process! I was greeted in with a pleasant welcome and not rushed, then nurse taking my vitals and history was great to work with because he took to time to explain the steps and what was going to happen next, unfortunately I can’t recall his name. Great first-time experience.
I had an excellent first visit at WakeMed Primary Care Oberlin. The staff, from the receptionist to the MAs, and Dr. Tanner, were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience positive. I appreciate the excellent care provided by the entire team.

Dr. Tanner listened carefully and took my comments and home blood pressure records into account in adjusting my blood pressure medications at my visit prior to the latest one. The most recent visit was a follow-up to recheck my blood pressure to be sure the lower medication dosage was correct. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving.

The front desk person, Pattie, was warm and friendly. The person who filled out the questions was great. Friendly and comfortable. Dr. Tanner listened carefully and offered good advice. This visit was my annual physical.
My reason for seeing Dr. Tanner was simply to establish myself as a new patient. From check-in to checkout, everything ran smoothly and in a timely manner.
The reception desk staff was great and helpful
Dr. Tanner found a mask that I wasn't aware that I had. Without him doing a complete and thorough examination, it would never have been found. He should be commended for doing a great job.

The fact that the doctor actually looks into things that others don't. If it wasn't for this doctor, I would have waste of time not knowing what was really wrong with me. He took the time energy and intelligence to find out what was wrong and he was right. I trust them with my life and I do not say that loosely.
Yes the wait time

Emily and Dr. Turner were excellent in calling me for updates on my Blood Pressure. Very unusual these days a Doctor's staff calling you to check on what my vitals were.
The quickness of being seen. I went back in 1-2 minutes of arrival. Dr. Tanner is so compassionate. He spent a long time listening to me. Made appropriate referrals. I also love connecting with him through My Chart. His responses are quick. Don't need to worry about calling the office numerous times. He's an excellent PCP.

This is the first time I have ever seen Dr Tanner. He was respectful and polite. He listened and ruled out all but possible muscular issue. Given my history of [] issues with my spine, I made a decision to see my orthopedist after several days of following Dr. Tanner’s recommendation. They did an X-ray which confirmed my [] is still correctly placed. They did a trigger point injection in hopes that will calm down the inflammation and on-going pain. I think Dr Tanner did all that he could at the moment.
The check-in process was efficient and courteous. Dr. Tanner's medical assistant was excellent: walking me through the preparation process and answering questions thoroughly. Likewise, Dr. Tanner patintly answered my questions and concerns in layman's language and provided advice that was easy to understand.
