Staff did a good job working through transition of my insurance. Wait is never too long. Waiting room doesn't have a loud obnoxious TV - excellent and calming. Dr. Whelan is an excellent doctor and a very friendly person; very comfortable to be around. He demeanor is professional, but not intimidating . Speaks with you as a person. His knowledge is clearly extensive from his explanation of symptoms and remedies. After the various test results were provided, he went over them with me, advising where attention is needed to restore nominal levels. He speaks calmly and professionally, in a friendly manner Dr. Whelan called me the next morning to follow up and advise that new prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. He explained how to take the medications how to use them to restore two parameters to normal levels. I am very impressed by him. I am extremely glad know him, and that he is now my Primary Physician.
Unfortunately I do not know her name but she is the one who escorts me to the exam room and takes my vitals. She is always very nice and definitely an asset to the office.
The whole process was very smooth and organized. As always, Dr. Whelan gave us quality time, listened to our concerns and effectively addressed a couple of issues. Very satisfied.
