About Me

Kayla Sasser is a physician assistant with clinical interests in acute care and procedural medicine. She is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board.

Sasser approaches patients with empathy and aims to provide an environment that encourages open communication, allowing patients to feel heard.

When not at work, Sasser enjoys spending time with her husband and dog as well as their backyard chickens. She also enjoys baking and throwing pottery.

I just want to say to the front desk lady who gives my baby a sticker every time we go and Mr. Ed who keeps me calm while dealing with sick kids THANK YALL! We adore the office because of the individuals who work here!

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. There was barely any wait to be seen and all the staff and provider were super nice! I wasn’t feeling well but they made it a positive experience anyways!

I have used WakeMed Urgent Care in Garner twice now, and both times I was provided outstanding care & medical attention.
