Kelly Naslonski, PT, DPT

Kelly Naslonski graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise. While pursuing her degree, she competed on the ACC Division I Women’s Lacrosse team and coached competitive girls’ lacrosse, where she was able to apply her sports specific background and integrate that knowledge into the clinical setting. She received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017.
She worked as an orthopedic physical therapist at a manual therapy-based clinic in Long Island, New York for two years prior to moving to Raleigh to start a new journey.

She incorporates hands-on care in conjunction with functional strengthening in order to facilitate improved quality of life among all individuals. Naslonski enjoys treating patients of all ages and of all abilities, with special interest in sports-related injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Naslonski also has experience in treating athletes following concussion injuries prior to their return to sport.

Her interests outside of work include kayaking, hiking, photography, crafting, coaching girls’ lacrosse and spending time with her family and dog.
