She listend to my symptoms, and examined me came to a diagnosis very quickly and sent in a prescription which made me glad to know I was really sick and needed the medication

Dr.Kirby really took the time to assess my symptoms,past history of [...] and did a thourough exam to determine what tests to do immediately to prescribe the correct medications and care I should take.Also,she told me to call to get an immediate appointment if not feeling better in a week.I appreciate all she did to help me.

I brought my daughter in to WakeMed, urgent care in Forestville Crossing, because she had a sore throat. The doctor was amazing. She went way above and beyond explaining to Wes teaching to my daughter how to detect the signs of strep throat. I would highly recommend her to family friends everyone it was one of the best experiences at a urgent care setting and even more so then at a pediatrician office. A++++ Thank you so much

Everything was outstanding! The bedside manner was wonderful. It was not crowded on a Sunday in the afternoon. I was in and out of urgent care in forty five minutes. I’ve never had such a quick, great experience with urgent care.

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and helpful. They quicky figured out the issue, took care of it immediately, and I was feeling better within a day of treatment. I've ready recommended the office to a friend and plan to move my primary care there as well.

This was my first visit to this facility for urgent care. The intake process was quick and easy. All the staff treated me very well and with kindness. The doctor was very thorough and was able to diagnose me and prescribe me what I needed. Already feeling better a few days later and couldn’t be more assured that my health is in good hands.
