Every thing was great.
Ms. Wilson was knowledgeable and very down to earth. She was very relatable. I was about to make some changes in my medications on my own and she quickly informed me if the danger of that and made suggestions as an alternative. She is an asset to your organization.

P.A. Lauren was professional in every way and very articulate in explaining my condition and what I needed to do during recovery in terms that I could understand and implement. . She was very patient with my questions that some might find unnecessary. To me the doctor patient relationship is the cornerstone of medicine . With all the demands put on doctors it is not possible for them to do all things. Plus they are needed making the most of their specialized skills and avoiding burnout. The Physicial Assistant and nursing staffs are vital and play a large role in cementing that doctor patient relationship . What may be overlooked but should not be is the extensive training , hours upon hours of study , and grueling hours of training PAs endure to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to qualify to become PAs .Lauren’s patients , me included, are blessed that she made that commitment! I

Overall I feel everyone did a great job. If I had questions in the office or on the patient portal, the staff members answered them quickly and with care. This office values my time. When I arrived for my appointments, I was called back on time 99% of the time. I would certainly recommend this facility to ithers.
Most important thing for me was an understandable explanation of course of action. That aspect was excellent.
