Laurie Leach, PhD, ABN

Dr. Leach joined WakeMed Neuropsychology in 1995 and currently serves as the director. She is board certified by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and a Fellow of the American College of Professional Neuropsychology. Dr. Leach also serves as Program Director of WakeMed's Brain Injury Rehabilitation System (BIRS). She specializes in adult neuropsychology, with special clinical interests in memory loss, mild and severe traumatic brain injuries.

Dr. Leach believes that each patient is unique. She enjoys hearing their personal stories and determining how to be most helpful to them. Outside of work, Dr. Leach enjoys reading, playing tennis, watching movies and shopping.
