About Me
Madison Cheney is a doctorate-level physical therapist with a clinical interest in neurological physical therapy. She began her postsecondary education at University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She went on to complete her doctorate through High Point University in High Point, NC.
Cheney believes in a patient-centered approach that emphasizes understanding and supporting patients at their current stage of recovery and rehabilitation. Recognizing that progress with neurologic conditions can be gradual, she prioritizes establishing trust, acknowledging small achievements and ensuring that therapy aligns with her patients' personal goals and everyday experiences. Her ultimate aim is to ensure that every patient feels valued, inspired and empowered throughout their entire journey.
When not working with patients, Cheney enjoys spending time with her loveable English bulldog, hiking, playing volleyball and travelling.
