About Me
Madison Sheafe is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner with additional certifications as a neonatal intensive care nurse and a clinical nurse leader. Her clinical interests include developmental and neurological care of extremely premature infants and consistent education at the bedside for staff and families.
As a neonatal nurse practitioner, Sheafe’s philosophy is to provide individualized and holistic care to each patient by partnering with parents and families in care decisions, staying at the forefront of evidenced-based practice and recognizing compassion and empathy as key components of therapeutic care.
Outside of work, Sheafe enjoys reading mysteries, making meals to enjoy with friends and visiting her parents in the mountains for amazing hikes.
