The entire process was wonderful. The staff at the check-in area walked through everything with me in a respectful manner. The nurses that worked with me before seeing the doctor were respectful, outgoing, and made me feel comfortable. When meeting with Dr. Maghen, I felt that she listened to my concerns, talked through different options, and provided explanation and reason behind some of the options. I did not feel pressured into anything I wasn't comfortable with. We are brand new patients and we are glad we picked this Dr. and office.

The staff at the front desk are professional and cheerful. Maghen York, has been my care provider, for a number of years, now. She is always friendly and a non judgemental, keen listener. She demonstrates that she is treating a whole person and not a single appointment, or condition. She has a measured and balanced response in my appointments. She is the perfect balance of intelligence, competence, caring, friendliness and efficiency.

Ms. York is so intelligent, kind, caring and a great listener. I have been suffering for years and trying to get the type of medication she gave me because it works. I have not been able to do so even with a psychiatrist, internal med physician or neurologist nor have a received scans to narrow it down. Only after a few visits with Meghen I have what I need to feel better. I also was not sleeping and now after visiting her and receiving meds I sleep every night. Thank you Maghen.

I really need to remember the name of the lady that is usually at the check in on the urgent care side. She has long somewhat dark curly hair. She is always so pleasant and I enjoy talking with her. She even remembered that I care for both my parents and asked how I’m managing everything, appointments in particular. She suggested I bring in a calendar to help keep track of everyone’s appointments. She has a very nice personality!
