About Me
Abbey Hester is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Her clinical interests stem from her seven-year experience as a bone marrow transplant nurse. She is especially interested in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) as well as the complexity of sickle cell anemia.
Hester’s patient care philosophy is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice and open communication. She is dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve their best health outcomes while respecting their unique needs and preferences.
Outside of work, Hester enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter. She loves being outdoors whether it be the coast or the mountains.
