Dr. Armstrong, like everyone I have interacted with, was kind and informative. He took the time to talk to me about classes offered through wakemed to prepare us for labor, delivery, etc. Love this office and team!

I felt everything was explained clearly from start to finish and it felt like a very easy visit. I didn’t even sit down in the waiting room I went immediately back to my exam room. I felt listened to by everyone from the front desk to Dr. Armstrong.
Dr. Armstrong did an amazing job from start to finish in engaging me in the session. He asked me questions about my overall health in addition to my reasons for the visit. He explained his rationale for additional testing and what the results could mean. His bedside manner was great and I felt included in my treatment plan.

Dr Armstrong responded regarding my ultrasound results within the same day, which I was not expecting but was so appreciative that he did. It saved me the weekend of worrying/overthinking. He is also incredibly empathetic and there is no doubt that he cares about you as his patient. Dr Armstrong is my third OB/GYN and I am so happy with the care I’ve received. He also includes my husband in the conversation which is really nice to feel like he’s included in this process.

I have seen a few doctors because of the team care system but I would say the bed side manors, attention to detail and communication was just amazing. I WISH all my appointments could be with him.
Everyone was friendly. Dr. Armstrong took the time to actually listen to my issue and come up with a solution that wasn’t based on bias since I’m overweight and addressed my issue.
Dr Armstrong answered all of my questions . He did not rush through the appointment. He went through all my pictures from my scan and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable with him and would definitely want to schedule any of my future appointments with him . Me and my husband left out of there with so much information about my care .

Dr. Armstrong is consistently one of the nicest, most thoughtful physicians I have ever worked with. I feel like he actively listens to my concerns and talks through them with me versus brushing anything off. Additionally, and I did not catch her name, but the nurse that did my vitals that morning was also excellent. She was very warm, friendly, and just a great attitude.
Dr. Armstrong is literally my favorite provider. He is so genuine and caring. I really appreciate how nice he is and answers all my questions. He delivered my first baby and I hope he’ll be on call and deliver my second.

So I came in thinking one thing was happening and was surprised and a little nervous when I was told why I was there. Dr Armstrong was very observant of how nervous I was. He was able to pull up my chart and explain what he was about to do. He made sure I understood, and he was very considerate. He truly show me the epitome of what it means to be a doctor. His staff talk with me during the procedure to keep me comfortable. I don’t know that I would want to go to any other OBGYN and I will forever recommend him to other.
Dr.Armstrong was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions as well as my husbands. He made eye contact with us both and reassured us that we have the right to make the decisions we feel are best.

I have been struggling with feeling like some other doctors do not listen when I've came in to the office and feeling rushed. My boyfriend shares the same sentiments. Dr. Armstrong really made us feel heard. He was empathetic and explained everything. He did not just brush any symptoms I was having off as just symptoms of pregnancy but instead pushed for testing and offered solutions. He really provided quality care!! He heard me!! He didn't just blame or insinuate that my issues stemmed from me being overweight.
The time, respect, and care in explaining my test results as well as my lab work. Dr. Armstrong was very courteous and listed to my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. I was given clear and precise instructions on any next steps if necessary.
