Yes, I did not complete a questionnaire, and Dr. Oei was very patient and waited until I fully completed all the questions before she moved forward with our video-audio appointment. She also, asked how the medication that she prescribed worked for me, and if I finished all the pills. She is very kind and caring.

My doctor was very helpful and nurses are kind the only thing that bothers me staff on registrations area are quite rude when you ask questions as if they are always in a hurry. The way they talk to visitors so abruptly it is not only one time I noticed it . Hopefully they would be considerate of others .

This was not my usual provider but I was very happy to speak with her. I feel that this is an exemplary case of MyChart at its very best.
