The med tech was great!
My first time meeting NP Borges on [date], who was recommended to me by my former pp. I was VERY impressed with this low keyed soft spoken but no nonsense person. I have already given Morgan's name to a family member who needs a pp. Morgan discovered I had been taking two meds wrong. Put me on a new med which is working very well. She has set me up for therapy for my bad knees. Since losing Dr [ ] as my pp, my plan was to find a new pp in Clayton where I recently moved. NOT! I will be driving back to Garner and staying with Morgan Borges! I am very pleased and as a Senior citizen you must bring your best game to please me. Morgan brought it!!

Ms. Borges showed extra care and concern for the bronchitis diagnosis I was given and make sure I had medicines that would help with the symptoms. She also was gracious in providing an out of work note so that I could successfully recover.

As indicated by my ratings, I have always found WakeMed Primary Care-Garner outstanding - from the front desk to nurses, NP's & doctors. They all show a true concern for the care of their patients.

Morgan was exceptionally compassionate. She is also knew exactly how to ask the right questions and pry the right details out of her patient!
Though she is much younger, i feel she actually cares about my wellness much more than my last doctor who was very old. She spent time listening to me and addressed all my concerns. It's not hard to tell she is truly a good person. I am thankful she is my primary care provider.
