About Me
Dr. Quicksell is an osteopathic physician with clinical interests in women's health, obstetrics, pediatrics, geriatrics and hospital medicine. She especially loves the broad range of care within family medicine, particularly in the outpatient setting. Dr. Quicksell attended medical school at University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME. She went on to complete her residency at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Quicksell delivers a team-based approach, providing patients with appropriate educational opportunities to make medical decisions for themselves. She emphasizes that there is no “cut and dry” approach to medicine. Rather, she individualizes care, leading patients through their options to make the best health care decisions for their condition.
When not at work, Dr. Quicksell enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three little ones — she revels joyfully in watching them grow, discover and learn. She also appreciates hockey and travel.
