This was an outstanding group of individuals attending to my care and a multiplicity of concerns from me at the end of their workday on a Friday. I felt everyone went above and beyond in attending to my concerns and giving me the respect and full attention that sometimes gets rushed through at other offices. Many thanks to all involved.

The entire team at Hope Valley provided excellent care! From the minute I walked in the door until I left. You can tell the whole team loved what they do. I actually live an hour from this location and have been to MANY WakeMed MyCare 365 ‘s in between Zebulon and Durham. This is by far hands down the best location I’ve been to in years! I actually follow Dr Thomas High wherever he is located and hopefully he will be staying at this location because it all seems to work well together.

Mr. High provided excellent care. During my visit he sat down with me going over my chief complaint and history. He actively listened to my concerns and showed support. He implemented patient centered care by suggesting labs/imaging and gathering my input. He also went over the labs allowing for questions.

The absolute best experience I’ve had with a WakeMed facility. Dr. High was amazing and addressed my issues / concerns and didn’t dismiss me in the slightest. The diagnosis and prescriptions given immediately gave me relief both mentally and physically. Even the front desk staff were pleasant, most of the time they seem like they hate their job/ life so this was so nice.

Dr. High was wonderful. He is my primary physician and he has always been very helpful and takes time for each patient not rushing during the visit. He sits down and speaks to patients to let them know that they are important and that he is truly listening to every matter. Loosing him in a practice will hurt patient care. I have seen many different doctors/PAs over my life time and he is the best.

Dr. High went above and beyond during my visit. He even tried calling a half dozen Eye Dr's to get me an appointment for that afternoon! Please tell him if possible that I got an appointment that afternoon with Dr. [] of NC Eyes, Ears, Nose and Throat in Durham. And they too had a wonderful office staff. So much so that I have transferred my Eye care to their office.
I would just like to take a minute to say that I am very pleased with my new primary care Dr. Thomas P High . he’s very knowledgeable and took his time. I have definitely found my new primary care provider, I definitely recommend him to family and friends. I actually. Switched from another location. The front desk at this location are absolutely wonderful as well.

Mr. Page High, NP, is an excellent clinician. He is thorough and cares genuinely about his patients. During follow-up visits, he always remembers to check on both physical and mental health. I have driven over two hours to keep Mr. Page High, NP, as my primary care provider. I would rather pay out of pocket to receive 10/10 healthcare with Mr. Page High, NP.

After sharing that I did not yet have a PCP established NP High explained the full scope of services at his facility. I learned they were not only an urgent care, but that they also could provide PCP services. I was thrilled yo learn that Mr. High can be my PCP
I arrived early on a Sunday morning promptly at 8am, opening time. I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who completed my registration and asked me a series of questions and simply smiled and had a pleasant tone. The nurse called me back (Lynn) and she was also very pleasant so early that morning and made me feel comfortable. She wasn’t rushing and asked more questions about my visit. When Dr. Page, who introduced himself as simply “Page” came in and took a seat and crossed his legs, I felt like we were friends! I was pleasantly surprised that this place existed just up the street from my home and it was all so well-rehearsed. My experience was phenomenal from the moment I entered the building and carried on via MyChart with Page checking up on me and said he was hoping I was feeling better. THEY exemplify what quality healthcare is all about and I felt my needs and concerns were taken to heart and answered just the way I’d hoped. THANK YOU GLENWOOD location!
