About Me
Priti Narvekar is a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and certified lymphedema therapist who treats patients with various neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, spinal disorders and multiple sclerosis. She has extensive training in Maitland manual therapy, kinesio taping, Bioness, amputee rehabilitation and falls prevention. She specializes in amputee rehabilitation for patients needing prosthetic training for above and below knee amputations. She also works with a multitude of patients with shoulder, knee and back problems.
Narvekar believes in taking the time to listen, understand, analyze and provide a unique, tailormade rehabilitation program focused on achieving and maximizing patients' independence to help them get back to a more meaningful, active and productive lifestyle.
When not at work, Narvekar loves hiking in the mountains, exploring waterfalls with family, cooking, reading, gardening and rescuing animals.
