4/11/2023 The staff was delightful and professional. The registration specialist, the X-ray specialist and the floor nurse specialist were all kind and friendly and very efficient. Dr Summers diagnosed my pain and treated it effectively. I highly recommend this practice because of my positive and successful medical treatments from Dr. Summers.

4/10/2023 The prep WWOA did in advance of my surgery was a good thing. They gave me crutches and my prescription well in advance of my surgery. 2 less things I have to worry about. They also set-up my post-op appointments prior to the surgery. Doing all this in advance takes any stress or anxiety off me.

4/8/2023 This was a follow up visit. Dr Summers explained all the pictures taken during surgery, showing before and after results. I have never experienced such details with previous procedures. I found this very helpful!!

3/16/2023 Dr. Sommers replaced my knee. From the beginning my treatment has been excellent from Dr to staff to my wonderful physical therapist Geoff Dr Sommer always takes the time to ask how I am doing and takes time to explain and answer my questions. Tina and Mark in the office are wonderful professional and friendly . I I always recommend Dr Sommer and his office when people ask me about my knee.

3/16/2023 I’ve stated this many times on these surveys, and to the employees into the doctor, that their “support staff” is above and beyond excellent. I particularly want there to be some attention given to the girls that work at the front desk for check in and check out. They really are friendly and never act like they’re the least bit exhausted or put out and that anything is taxing on them. If that’s the one thing I could say about Wake Orthopaedics-Kildare is if they have the friendliest, best staff I’ve ever experienced and I tell people that all the time.

3/10/2023 I’ve been to two other orthopedics and none have been as thorough as Dr. Summers. He gave me hope on my knee condition improving.

3/9/2023 I was in great pain, and the exam was to the point and diagnosed. I was given a { }, and at home every day I have been improving. The exam and information was easy to understand in layman’s terms, and staff friendly as well as efficient. Yet it was not rushed and I felt taken care of. I will recommend Dr. Summers and this office should I hear if anyone with a need or searching for care. Thank you to this office! I am appreciative.
