He has wisdom far beyond his years with an innate ability to know what needs to be done. With empathy, he has amazing listening and communication skills. I feel like the Doctor and the NP both listened to me and my concerns, which can be hard as a usually healthy and young female. Sometimes medical staff dismiss me because I am a woman, have health-related anxiety, or because I am 'young and healthy,' which can lead to missing illnesses or improper care. The Doctor and NP did neither, while also reassuring me that the symptoms I presented with were likely not harmful. They also spent at least 20 minutes discussing with me why I might be having these symptoms and also gave great tips on how to improve my overall health.
Our experience at this facility has been outstanding. Excellent providers who are thoughtful and great communicators. Clean facility, friendly staff, and short wait times. Definitely the best urgent care experience I’ve had.

The provider who drew my blood did an incredible job. I have issues with blood withdrawal and she listened, made sure I was comfortable, and did not cause me to bruise at all.

Saw him on Thursday and Sunday morning received a personal call from him checking on me. What a great experience!

I had no idea that an Urgent Care facility would be such a good choice for a situation that I would normally go to my regular physician for. I was seen right away, and the quality of service was better than my primary care physician. The whole experience was impressive, and everyone I interacted with was very helpful and courteous.
The entire experience was very positive. Each staff member encountered was kind, compassionate and interested in my care.
At no time did I feel like a burden to the staff or feel compelled to apologize for intruding on their day. Nice.

The tech who conducted the initial health screening was excellent. Her ability to engage with patients is phenomenal. She anticipates quite well. She even adjusted the blood pressure cuff so the reading could be accurate.

Mr. Rohan Mohitkumar Parekh was understanding and patient with the issues I wanted addressed. I never felt rushed or unheard. The nurse was also excellent and did a great job keeping anxiety down while taking my blood pressure. Facility was clean and I was seen quickly.
The overall professionalism and efficiency of the practice is excellent. I recently moved to the area and had not established a PCP, but was in urgent need of care relative to high blood pressure. I went to a different facility (not affiliated with WakeMed) earlier in the week based on proximity to my workplace, and received unsatisfactory service. There was zero respect for privacy, and I did not feel heard or truly supported in making a plan of care. When I came to WakeMed 365, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the practice. Everyone on the staff that interacted with me was kind, patient, and never did I feel like a number. Rohan involved me in a review of my concerns, even writing it out on paper so there was no possibility of me getting lost in the process. I never once felt condescended to, as I often have at other providers in the past. I also left with a plan that felt reasonable and gave me confidence I was moving in the right direction. Thank you

I’ve been to numerous urgent care centers in the past, and this one rated high above all of them. I called to see if I needed an appointment, and the receptionist was so nice and helpful. When I arrived, she was the same way. I was impressed with the nurse and with The PA and how they treated me as if I were their only patient. I had [] and was not feeling well, and I had all of my questions answered. This was overall a very good visit considering how bad I felt!

I am a mental health professional myself so I know those topics aren’t easy to discuss and I was very impressed with his skill level. I appreciate the way he took a holistic approach to evaluating my well being from multiple angles. I think his patients are very lucky to have him be so comprehensive about their care!

Great experience
I came in because I had fluid on my feet. This has been an issue for the past 9 years. I've been hospitalized, seen multiple doctors and visited the ER for this condition multiple times and have never had it explained to me as thoroughly as done by Rohan. He went above and beyond explaining all of the possibilities to me and answering any questions me and my husband both had. He is extremely thorough and caring. I've decided to make him a primary care doctor and hope he is there for a very long time!
Mr Parekh was excellent! He was courteous, kind, efficient, listened, well, and offered to help my partner and children as well! We are so grateful, and are recovering well. We will definitely return next time we need urgent care services!
