About Me
Sabrena Winters is a board-certified, doctorate level physical therapist with clinical interests in orthopaedics, pediatrics, athletic/sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy and active duty special operations military. She earned her undergraduate and doctorate degrees through Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.
Winters provides patients and family members with the knowledge, power and skills to improve their quality of life and return to activities safely. She empowers and educates patients to advocate for their health and fitness.
Outside of work, Winters enjoys traveling; reading; spending time with family, to include her golden retriever, daughter, and husband; as well as attending and participating in sporting events and activities.
