Best physician experience I have ever had at a WakeMed facility. I immediately called a friend to brag about her and they had actually been seen by her in the past as well, and also raved about her. 5 stars.

The care and attendance that Sarah Song provided to me was excellent. After every accident there’s always paperwork that is needed and requested by Employers from doctors. In this case I was helped in this facility in having this paperwork filled professionally and good knowledge.

Sarah went into a private room for my visit so that I knew no one else was listening. Listened to my complaint. She also suggested over-the-counter medicines that I was taking to continue and added on a [] that would help. She even messaged me back to tell me to stop taking OTC Tylenol which I would’ve continued with the [] if she had not told me. That extra step made her exceptional in my book
Provider was thorough. She checked my eye for abrasions. She gave me a comprehensive plan for treatment and then to return to clinic.

Sarah was very kind and a good listener. She researched and provided a treatment plan for me to deal with my skin conditions until I’m able to see a Dermatologist. She also called me the next day to discuss results of my lab work .
