Nothing that I haven’t mentioned before. The staff and doctor put you at ease. I like many people don’t care to go see a doctor. So it’s important that those you have dealing gs with make you feel comfortable.
Dr. Bartoski is a good listener. Treats his patient with care. Involves you in the process. He hears what you are saying and proceeds carefully. He is a dedicated practitioner.

The registration staff worked expeditiously at the very start of the morning to facilitate my schedule. I was back with the intake nurse/MA in no time at all. She took an excellent and brief history prior to my physician’s exam. Dr. B took his time and evaluated me as an individual person—not just a patient. I never felt he rushed at all. It was an excellent initial visit with my new primary care team. They all care to practice medicine the right way and the Wake Way.
The lab reports from my blood work was posted on my portal to review very very early the next morning. Dr Bartkoski reviewed them and made comments before 6 am that morning.
Dr. Bartkoski is an EXCELLENT primary care physician and despite the ongoing negotiations between WakeMed and my Medicare insurance (Humana), I chose to see Dr. Bartkoski even though he is now "out of network". I do hope Humana becomes in-network again!!!

Everything, I’ve only had positive experiences coming here. Everyone’s professional from the front desk to the nursing staff. I generally dread going to the doctors, so I avoided it for years, but everyone here makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Bartkoski really listens and cares. I’m grateful I randomly chose him as my doctor. They are also fantastic at responding to messages online and refilling scripts in timely manner.

I started with Dr.Bartkoski in 2021 and have been very satisfied with the care I have received at Wake Med Holly Sorings. I can say that overall everything has even gotten better. I have the sense that everyone there works together to meet my needs, Dr. B is a very good physician. He listens, applies his knowledge and skills, executes a plan for you and follows through by clearly communicating his findings and recommendations to you in person and follows through on My Chart.. Everyone makes good use of My Chart and responds to my questions in a very timely manner. Communication is very important to me and I thank all who do.

Firstly, let me say that I'm a new patient. My previous PCP and the entire staff except 1 or 2 had gotten so hateful and belligerent that I could not stand going there (I had been using them for nearly 30yrs). Fortunately, my hsb had already changed to WM/Dr Bartkoski and he accepted me later. Dr. Bartkoski has a very calming demeanor; he listened, he kindly and respectfully responded to my questions; overall, we had a very delightful and informative conversation and his 2 assistances, Nicole & Audrey were stellar as well. Oh, the 2 ladies at check-in were very nice and friendly as well... the entire visit was very refreshing. Thank you, [NAME]

Thl visits I have had Wake Med Primary Care/ Holly Springs have been outstanding. Dr. Bartkoski and the staff are very professional and courteous.I had to switch from my regular PCP because of going on Medicare and although a bit intimidating, I was treated very well and was made to feel comfortable about the whole process.
