I didn't have an appointment scheduled and the receptionist spoke with Mr. Sean. Thompson. She explained the situation and he came out and asked me to come in and explain it to him. He asked that I check in. I was seen without being asked to come back. I left satisfied!

The front desk lady, the asst who took us back, and Dr Sean were all excellent & friendly. The young man was thorough & professional . We've never been to that facility but will definitely use them again. I hate they had to wrk on the [] but very thankful they were there when we needed them.
The physician, the nurse and receptionist were very professional and informative. The only improvement I would suggest is that additional physicians were needed. The time patients had to wait was between 2-3 hours but I was grateful the clinic was seeing patients during the holiday season.

The provider listened and showed great concern for how I was feeling. He then followed up with me with a phone call and My Chart message when I was home. That meant a lot to me. It is so nice to know that he cared about how I was feeling and wanted to make sure that I was improving. I feel like he took the extra time to go above and beyond for me and it is greatly appreciated!!
They sent medication from Wake Med to CVS.

I was looking for a doctor after me and my husband doctors left WakeMed Garner Primary Care. I liked the idea of being open 365 days and late appointments so I went and there was PA-Thompson. Me and my husband trust him with our overall care. Who ever hired him we thank you.
