About Me
Sharyn Marcisak is an experienced occupational therapist that has specialized in outpatient upper extremity orthopedic care since 2008. She received her undergraduate and master's degree in occupational therapy from Boston University.
Sharyn appreciates the opportunity she had in her home state of New York, to provide individualized care to her patients of all ages. She worked closely with doctor’s from Hospital for Special Surgery, collaborating patient care for the most optimal outcomes. She earned her certification in hand therapy (CHT) in 2017 and continued to build a name for herself in the community with patients and prominent physicians.
In 2019, Sharyn relocated with her family to Clayton, NC where she continues to work full-time as a CHT. She is grateful to have found a new work family at the Garner location. When not at work, Sharyn enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two children.
