Stephanie Warren, NP, MSN, RN

Stephanie Warren is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner with clinical interests in extreme prematurity and pulmonary hypertension in infants. Stephanie feels that developmental care is very important in the intensive care nursery as it helps improve future patient outcomes. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina, and her master’s degree in nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Stephanie brings a vast amount of experience in neonatal intensive care and is highly trained in caring for critically ill infants.

Stephanie feels that she has an amazing opportunity to take care of our tiniest patients and their families. She values a family-centered approach where families are involved and informed. Stephanie feels that parental involvement and bonding contributes to better patient outcomes. Stephanie also enjoys developing a rapport with families and helping with education so that they are able to care for their children once they have graduated from the hospital. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys hiking, kayaking, watching movies, playing board games, trivia and Jeopardy.
