I come here regularly. It is by far not the closest doctors office to me since I moved but I would never wish to have a different doctor.
Tatiana Hardy has always been very patient, professional, and helpful - I began as her patient at the Forestville Rd. location of WakeMed's practice, and she hasn't changed, unless she's even more compassionate and kind. When I shared with her the harsh attitude of the nurse who initially saw me, and how she ignored my valid concerns about how my BP was taken (it actually went up because of that nurse) Tatiana was very kind and apologized for the nurse. She certainly didn't need to do that, but I know she felt she should. The nurse doesn't reflect on Tatiana Hardy or any of the other very kind front-office people I met and dealt with.

Being greeted with a smile from Rayne [], at the onset of the visit put me at ease with the experience. I appreciated being called in for my stats by Sherry within ten minutes of my visit. I felt that my time was valued, not being made to wait for an extended period of time. Sherry was quick and efficient in handling this aspect of my visit. Again with an unexpected short lapse of time, Tatiana demonstrate her concern as she examined me and listened to my medical history. I felt respected and ‘heard’! I returned to the office at a later time to ensure that my prescription enrollment was accurately reflected in my digital chart and Rachel [] impressed me with her professionalism as she addressed my issue. The staff at this office is welcoming, which makes me as a patient feel well taken care of.
