Meds to Home

Meds to Home is a free WakeMed Pharmacy service that offers delivery of prescription medication to a patient’s home. Let the WakeMed Pharmacy be your hometown pharmacy of choice!

The program offers more than just convenient medication delivery – pharmacists are available to review your medication with you. Plus, when it’s time for a refill you don’t have to stop at the drug store to pick up your medication(s). Refills are easy and can be refilled automatically, by request via your MyChart account or by calling 919-350-6013.

A 90-day supply of medication for each prescription is required but this means you save money and it’s less time and work having to frequently refill your medication(s). Many $10, 90-day generics and competitively priced prescriptions are available. Most major insurance plans are accepted.
