Asparagus Pepper Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Walden Farms Calorie Free Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing
- 3 tablespoon Trader Joe's nutritional yeast
DIRECTIONS
- Boil water.
- Add asparagus and boil for 3 minutes.
- Drain and add to a large bowl.
- Add peppers and onions and drizzle with dressing.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Sprinkle asparagus with nutritional yeast. Serve and enjoy!
