DIRECTIONS

Meatballs

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (for easy cleanup!)
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt and parmesan cheese
  • Mix ingredients together then form into balls approximately 1.5-2 Tbsp in size
  • Place meatballs on parchment paper spaced evenly and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes. Meatballs should reach an internal temperature of 165°F before serving

Zoodles

    • Cut zucchini in half and using a spiralizer, twist zucchini through to create zoodles that mimic spaghetti noodles.
    • Toss zoodles with salt and pepper
    • Sautee noodles in a non-stick pan over medium heat to soften, approximately 3 minutes

Serve turkey meatballs and zoodles alone or tossed with your favorite marinara sauce! (makes about 5 servings)
