Endoscopy Services at WakeMed Cary Hospital’s Advanced Gastrointestinal Center

WakeMed Cary Hospital's Advanced Gastrointestinal Center performs many procedures allowing physicians to examine, diagnose and document abnormalities through inspection, specimen collection and therapeutic intervention. Along with endoscopic procedures, which allow direct visualization of the GI tract or lungs, we also offer specialized procedures such as Capsule Endoscopy, Esophageal Manometry, pH monitoring, Trufreeze cryotherapy and placement of percutaneous feeding tubes.

The Endoscopy Unit has 13 private rooms and four procedure rooms, staffed by registered nurses who have both extensive outpatient surgery experience and expertise.
We are located on the first floor of WakeMed Cary Hospital. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
