A Healthworks Personal Trainer will:

Kelsey Merriam

Kelsey Merriam earned her B.S. as a Health Fitness Specialist and her M.S. in Exercise Physiology at ECU. She is an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Merriam enjoys working with a variety of individuals and believes exercise should be a fun and rewarding experience!

Cheryl Kidd

Cheryl Kidd holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from ECU. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, IFTA Group Fitness Leader and IFTA Cycle Instructor. She specializes in TRX and various training modalities in both individual and group settings. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including clinical populations and those with special needs.

Natalie McBryde

Natalie McBryde holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and her M.S. in Kinesiology, both from East Carolina University. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist who enjoys working with various populations including pediatrics. Natalie has a passion for serving others and motivating them to be the best versions of themselves in hopes of them reaching their desired goals.

Greg Hayes is an ACE Certified personal trainer. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from WSSU. Greg enjoys working with a variety of individuals to help them find the right exercise regimen to meet their goals.

Charlotte is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She holds a B.S. in Health and Exercise Sports Sciences from Meredith College. Charlotte enjoys working with a variety of clients and has a passion for creating exercises that clients will enjoy.

Personal Training is an individualized, one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional who works with you to help you reach your goals.

45-min Sessions

  • 5 Sessions - $290

Personal Training Plus is a one-on-one exercise program provided by a certified exercise professional for individuals with medical conditions limiting participation in any group setting and/or individuals who need hands-on assistance for transfers.
