Everyone at this location was truly AMAZING!! I was seen and provided with care within 10-15 mins of arrival. Given it was a slow day and as someone who works in healthcare herself, this was the best urgent care experience I have ever received. The PA I saw was Kaythen, Allen and she was so great! She listed to me , took her time with me and even took interest in me and my life :) now THATS a doctor!!! 🩷🩷 The lady who checked me in (at the desk) was so so sweet as well as the medical assistant who got my vitals and such. Every aspect you can think of is exactly as it should be. I can’t think of any other way to put it. I’ve moved and go out of my was to come here. Never rushed, never waiting long. Never doubted, given options instead of a ‘magic pill’ and more pills for the side effects. Just 10/10 for me. After having an extremely negative experience with FastMed urgent care last year, coming to WakeMed MyCare 365 made me anxious. Luckily, they were wonderful!! The front desk, the providers- everyone made me feel comfortable. Wonderful MA, PA and PA student. Very professional, caring, empathetic. They listened to my concerns of my health and my daughters health. And quickly send the medications to my pharmacy which I received about 2 hours after the appointment. I was overall pleased. It is clean and they don't make you wait longer than you need to. I had a great experience. I didn’t have any legit symptoms of anything other than a family history of health issues that I am trying to prevent and NP Annalise Landreth was really helpful and made sure that we took the preventative care route by doing blood work and a body scan from head to toe. This is a hybridized clinic that is EITHER urgent care or primary care, depending on what you need. That ought to be recognized by anyone reading this, because the healthcare industry outside North Carolina talks about MyCare 365 all the time. They are closely watching this new type of business model. Ideally, it cuts costs way down for both the provider and the patient. My first visit there was for an urgent need, and they got me in pretty quickly. The place is clean, bright, and they don't push mask wearing unless you have an active cough, which is perfectly reasonable. I'm a 9/10 on the mask-hating scale, but I know the 10/10's are out there. As I waited, I watched the front desk handle two unusual patient requests gracefully and politely. I was taken to a room and seen by a friendly rad tech, FNP, and then an RN, in that order, and all providers were sharp and friendly. Alayna promised I'd make a swift and full recovery, and answered all my annoying questions kindly and thoughtfully. This place is really great! For best results, fill out your paperwork in MyChart and set an appt online before you go. I was able to set an appt one hour from me even thinking about it.Patient Submitted Review

I usually dread going to Urgent care, even with a check-in appointment time. It's going to take hours, sitting in a lobby forever before getting called in to get vitals taken. Once that is done, you sit in the little exam room for an hour before the doc comes in. NONE of that happened here. I made an appointment for 9:00 am and got there about 20 minutes early since I was not sure where it was located. I was seen by the Doctor before my appointment time. The place is brand new and spotless, all of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I just have to say this was one of the best urgent Care experiences we have ever had. I was surprised that when we walked in there was no wait but I think that's because they just opened 3 days ago and people do not know about them yet. We saw a PA named Bethany who was awesome. She was very thorough and took her time with my husband who was diagnosed with pneumonia and a UTI. Because of his past experience with c diff she researched the antibiotic that she was going to give him and decided it was not the best for him. I was glad she took the time to research after I told her that he has had cdiff.
