Our physician-led team of providers offer you convenient access to numerous MyCare 365 locations for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. In addition to being open every day of the year, we offer urgent care virtual visits when you can't make it into our office. So, when you don’t feel well or have an urgent need, you can get the support you want, right from your home.

About On My Way
You can let us know if you are on the way to a WakeMed Urgent Care facility. On My Way is not a scheduled appointment. By letting us know that you are on your way, our care team can start preparing for your visit which may minimize your wait time. We do our best to ensure that priority is given to patients experiencing the highest level of illness and injury in a timely manner.
